RE: LATE COMMUNICATION
The Clerk of the Board received communication, after the publication of the agenda, from Director
of Engineering, Mike Dorman requesting that the recommendation to Item No. 5 be changed as
redlined below:
4. SECONDARY TREATMENT VFD REPLACEMENTS AT 2025-4617
PLANT NO. 2 AND VFD REPLACEMENTS AT PLANT NO. 1,
PROJECT NOS. FE19-08 AND FR1-0011
RECOMMENDATION: Recommend to the Board of Directors to:
A. Receive and file Bid Tabulation and Recommendation for Secondary
Treatment VFD Replacements at Plant No. 2 and VFD Replacements at Plant
No. 1, Project Nos. FE19-08 and FR1-0011;
B. Award a Construction Contract Agreement to Big Sky Electric, Inc. for
Secondary Treatment VFD Replacements at Plant No. 2 and VFD Replacements
at Plant No. 1, Project Nos. FE19-08 and FR1-0011, for an amount not to
exceed $3,424,300 $3,085,300; and
C. Approve a contingency of $342,430 $308,530 (10%).
