APPROVING PERMIT-AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF ORANGE,
ET AL. RE CONTRACTS NOS. 2-14-4 AND 2-14-5
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 2 OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PERMIT-AGREEMENT
WITH COUNTY OF ORANGE, ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL
DISTRICT AND ORANGE COUNTY HARBORS, BEACHES AND PARKS
DISTRICT IN CONNECTION WITH CONSTRUCTION OF THE
SANTA ANA RIVER INTERCEPTOR SEWER, CONTRACTS NOS.
2-14-4 AND 2-14-S

The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No. 2 of Orange County,
California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1. That the certain Permit-Agreement dated January 20, 1976, between
County Sanitation District No. 2 and the County of Orange, Orange County Flood
Control District and Orange County Harbors, Beaches and Parks District in connection
with construction of the Santa Ana River Interceptor, Reach 5, Contract No. 2-14-4,
and the Santa Ana River Interceptor, Reaches 6, 7 & 8, Contract No. 2-14-5, is
hereby approved and accepted; and.
Section 2. That payment in the amount of $165,644.00 for said Permit-Agreement
is hereby authorized; and.
Section 5. That the Chairman and Secretary of the District are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said Permit-Agreement on behalf of the District
in form approved by the General Counsel.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held January 14, 1976.
