On Governor’s desk AB 1672 (Bloom)The bill would require nonflushable products to be labeled clearly and conspicuously to communicate that they should not be flushed. Support Failed to pass out of Senate Appropriations AB 2560 (Quirk)This bill would require the state board to comply with specified public notice and comment procedures when establishing or revising notification or response levels Watch Passed.
