OCSD Resources We need help coordinating and documenting the intersection of a huge project and our assets. •In connection with the I-405 Widening Project, OCTA seeks to build a new “flyover” onramp on Ellis Avenue in front of Plant 1. •New onramp will close off OCSD’s entrance and exit. •New onramp requires OCTA to purchase property rights from OCSD for the onramp and adjacent utilities and access areas. •OCTA has begun the first steps in the eminent domain process. OCTA staff expect a Resolution of Necessity in early 2018 if no agreement is negotiated. •Other parts of OCTA project require modifications and build-overs of OCSD sewers, which require OCSD’s coordination. •Impacts to OCSD are complex, significant.
