Voluntary Protection Program • Why is it important? • Our work place is expected to continuously improve safety, which means a safe work site for all. • A reduction injuries and illnesses has been documented with site committed to a VPP approach. • Cooperative agreement established a standards of policing and scheduled OSHA visits. • VPP worksite have injury rates of 52% below the average for their industry.
