outside of the Board Room) and give it to the Clerk of the Board. Speakers are requested to limit comments to
three minutes.

TOUR:
1. TOUR OF PROJECT NO. P1-101 SLUDGE DEWATERING AND ODOR CONTROL

Plant No. 1: We will provide a detailed tour of the Sludge Dewatering and Odor
Control facility which includes truck loading, biosolids storage, temporary loading
facilities, sludge thickening facilities, and biosolids dewatering facilities. This tour is
to provide background for a contingency increase request on the agenda of the
regular Operations Committee meeting of June 6, 2018 and the Board of Directors
meeting of June 27, 2018.
NOTE:
This is a walking tour and the ability to walk up and down stairs is required. Closed-toed
shoes are also required.
ADJOURNMENT:
Adjourn the Special Operations Committee meeting until the next Regular Operations
Committee Meeting on June 6, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.

to each agenda item, including any public records distributed less than 72 hours prior to the meeting to all, or a majority
of the Board of Directors, are available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk of the Board.
Agenda Description: The agenda provides a brief general description of each item of business to be considered or
discussed. The recommended action does not indicate what action will be taken. The Board of Directors may take any
action which is deemed appropriate.
NOTICE TO DIRECTORS: To place items on the agenda for the Committee Meeting, items must be submitted to the
Clerk of the Board 14 days before the meeting.
