• Agreements with City of Fountain Valley: follow building code,
ADA compliance, permit occupied buildings
• Aging buildings, multiple trailers, extensive rehabilitation
• Consolidation of employees and business functions
• New buildings provided the lowest cost alternative
• OCTA asked us to move our front entry to support 1-405
widening and Ellis freeway on-ramp ( No longer a driver)
• Preservation of Plant 1 land for future process needs, as
identified by Master planning efforts
