Ballot Initiative Highlights: November 2018 Election
Proposition 3 $8.77 Billion Water Bond
Proposition 5 Amend Proposition 13 to allow homebuyers age 55 or
older to transfer the tax-assessed value from their prior
home to their new home
Proposition 6 Eliminates SB 1 by repealing revenues and requires a
majority of voters to approve new or increased state fuel
and vehicle taxes in the future.
