Why Do We Need Continuity of Operations?
•Continuity of Operations readiness increases resiliency in the event of an emergency of medium or long-term proportions.
•Continuity of Operations is also known as Business Continuity. Many governmental agencies and private companies do Business Continuity Planning.
•We are “critical infrastructure”. Things happen when one least expects, but we need to operate 24/7/365.
