FROM: Kelly A. Lore Clerk of the Board SUBJECT: CHANGES TO DRAFT RECORDS RETENTION SCHEDULE ITEM 3
The Clerk of the Board received late communication regarding Agenda Item 3. Minor changes were necessary to the Draft Records Retention Schedule attachment provided in the report. The following changes were made:
• Book pages 19-29; 68 – were removed in their entirety.
• Book page 33 - CPM001 – Removed “correspondence” - this will be addressed separately in the next update.
• Book pages 57 & 58 - “Lab and Ocean Monitoring” title changed to “Environmental Lab and Ocean Monitoring”
• Book page 39 - ECD003 – Removed internal notes.
• Book page 57 - ITD017 – Removed internal notes.
• Book pages 30-67 - changed from “Revised” to “Adopted:”
• Book pages 41-45 footer changed from “Financial Srvs & Administration” to
“Financial Services & Admin.”
• Final Pages were alphabetized.
The changes presented did not affect the recommendation or the Resolution. A copy of the final document is available for inspection with the Clerk of the Board. The corrected version will be presented to the Board.
