Feedback from the Board
1.Two of the eight initiatives of the existing Strategic Plan are complete. Of the
remaining initiatives, which are still relevant and which are not?
2.In preparing for future labor or management contract negotiations and staffing,
are there key issues to address with regard to future contract negotiations?
3.What, in your opinion, are the future challenges, risks or threats for the District?
4.Are there opportunities in the future to take advantage of technology or
industry advances?
5.Are there areas of the operations of OCSD that you believe need further
clarification to carry out your charge as a Board Member?
