records distributed less than 72 hours prior to the meeting to all,or a majority of the Board of Directors,are available
for public inspection in the office of the Clerk of the Board.

discussed. The recommended action does not indicate what action will be taken. The Board of Directors may take
any action which is deemed appropriate.
