3. Permanent and temporary easements on portions of the seven-acre Bayside

The Board of Directors will hold a closed session on April 25, 2018 for the purpose of
conferring with its negotiators regarding the purchase and sale of real property. The properties are as follows: Approximately 10,000 square feet of property owned by Bayside Village Marina, LLC located at 100-300 East Pacific Coast Highway, Newport Beach, County of Orange, Assessor Parcel No. 440-132-60, approximately 3,926 square feet of property owned by the
Orange County Sanitation District located at 300 E. Coast Highway, Newport Beach, County of
Orange, Assessor Parcel No. 440-132-64, and Permanent and temporary easements on portions of the seven-acre Bayside Village Marina property located at 100-300 East Pacific Coast Highway in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange. The District’s negotiators are General Manager, Jim Herberg; Assistant General Manager, Bob Ghirelli; Assistant General
Manager, Rob Thompson; Director of Finance and Administrative Services, Lorenzo Tyner;
