Recommended changes/additions to the following items were received after the
publication of the Agenda:
NON-CONSENT CALENDAR:
2. 2017-20 SPONSORSHIP OF THE CENTER FOR DEMOGRAPHIC RESEARCH

RECOMMENDATION: Recommend to the Board of Directors to: Approve a three-
year Memorandum of Understanding with California State University, Fullerton
Auxiliary Services Corporation for Operation of the Center for Demographic
Research, for the period July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2020, for a total amount
not to exceed $282,005.26.
**No change to staff recommendation. Request from Director of Engineering to replace
Pages 12-13 of the MOU document. CSUF&ASC requested the following changes which
do not affect the sponsorship dollars to any of the sponsors:
1. Adding CSUF as signatory on page 12 (placeholder until exact person is named).
2. Clarification to budget on page 13 which result in net zero to non-CSUF sponsor
totals.
