Approximately 10,000 square feet of property owned by Bayside Village Marina, LLC located at 100-300 East Pacific Coast Highway, Newport Beach, County of Orange, Assessor Parcel No. 440-132-60; 2. Approximately 3,926 square feet of property owned by the Orange County Sanitation District located at 300 E. Coast Highway, Newport Beach, County of Orange, Assessor Parcel No . 440-132-64; and 3. Permanent and temporary easements on portions of the seven-acre Bayside Village Marina property located at 100-300 East Pacific Coast Highway in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange. Agency negotiators: General Manager, Jim Herberg; Assistant General Manager, Bob Ghirelli; Assistant General Manager, Rob Thompson; Director of Finance and Administrative Services, Lorenzo Tyner; Engineering Managers, Kathy Millea and Jeff Mohr; Engineering Supervisor, Adam Nazaroff; GIP Project Manager, Giti Radvar. Negotiating parties: Bayside Village Marina, LLC Under negotiation: Instruction to negotiator will concern price and terms of payment.
