The addition of the following item was received from General Counsel after the publication
of the Steering Committee Agenda:
CLOSED SESSION:
(4) CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS
(Government Code Section 54956.8)
Properties:
1. Approximately 10,000 square feet of property owned by Bayside Village
Marina, LLC located at 100-300 East Pacific Coast Highway, Newport Beach,
County of Orange, Assessor Parcel No. 440-132-60;
2. Approximately 3,926 square feet of property owned by the Orange County
Sanitation District located at 300 E. Coast Highway, Newport Beach, County of
Orange, Assessor Parcel No . 440-132-64; and
3. Permanent and temporary easements on portions of the seven-acre Bayside
Village Marina property located at 100-300 East Pacific Coast Highway in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange.
Agency negotiators: General Manager, Jim Herberg; Assistant General Manager,
Bob Ghirelli; Assistant General Manager, Rob Thompson; Director of Finance and
Administrative Services, Lorenzo Tyner; Engineering Managers, Kathy Millea and
Jeff Mohr; Engineering Supervisor, Adam Nazaroff; GIP Project Manager, Giti
Radvar.
Negotiating parties: Bayside Village Marina, LLC
Under negotiation: Instruction to negotiator will concern price and terms of
payment.
I hereby certify under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the foregoing
Supplemental Agenda was posted outside the main gate of the Districts' Administration Building
located at 10844 Ellis Avenue, Fountain Valley, California not less than 72 hours prior to the

conferring with its negotiators regarding the purchase and sale of real property. The properties are as follows: Approximately 10,000 square feet of property owned by Bayside Village Marina, LLC located at 100-300 East Pacific Coast Highway, Newport Beach, County of Orange, Assessor Parcel No. 440-132-60, approximately 3,926 square feet of property owned by the

Orange, Assessor Parcel No. 440-132-64, and Permanent and temporary easements on portions of the seven-acre Bayside Village Marina property located at 100-300 East Pacific Coast Highway in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange.
