AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.OCSD 98-33
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF ORANGE
COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT AMENDING HUMAN
RESOURCES POLICIES AND PROCEDUES RESOLUTION NO.
OCSD 98-33 RELATING TO COMPENSATION OF THE GENERAL
MANAGER
The Board of Directors of Orange County Sanitation District,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1 Blake P.Anderson,currently employed by District as Assistant General
Manager is hereby appointed to the position of General Manager effective May 13,2000.
Section 2 Exhibit “A”of Resolution No.OCSD 98-33 (Human Resources Policies and
Procedures Manual dated October 22,1997,Policy No.C10.00,Section 4.1)is hereby
amended to adjust the salary for the General Manager,as follows:
“CLASSIFICATION BY PAY RANGE
EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
Pay Range Minimum /Mo.Maximum /Mo.Classification
E-27 $13,166.66 $13,166.66 General Manager”
Section 3 The General Manager’s salary is fixed at $158,000.00 annually,effective
May 13,2000.
Section 4 In addition to the base salary established in Section 3 above,the General
Manager shall be paid the sum of $8,000.00 as Employee Investment Incentive Compensation,
as defined and provided for in Human Resources Policy No.Cl 0.00,Section 4.8.1.
Section 5 A contract of Employment between the District and the General Manager,
Blake P.Anderson,effective May 13,2000,setting forth the terms and conditions of
employment,is hereby approved and incorporated herein by reference.
