AMENDING GENERAL MANAGER’S
CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF ORANGE
COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT AMENDING THE CONTRACT
OF EMPLOYMENT.FOR GENERAL MANAGER DONALD F.
•McINTYRE
The Board of Directors of Orange County Sanitation District,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1 That certain contract of employment between District and Donald F.
Mcintyre dated March 1995,as amended March 26,1997,July 1,1998 and July 1,1999 is
hereby further amended to provide for the payment by District to Donald F.Mcintyre a merit
payment of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00)from the District’s approved Merit Pool Plan,
which shall be paid in one lump sum,in addition to the base salary for the Manager as
established by Resolution No.OCSD 99-15.Said payment shall be made not later than May
12,2000.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors held April 26,
2000.
