A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE BOARDS OF DIRECTORS
OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICTS NOS.1,2,3,5,6,7,
‘11,13 and 14 OF ORANGE COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING PERSONNEL AND SALARY RESOLUTION NO.
95-1 05 RELATING TO COMPENSATION OF THE GENERAL
MANAGER and repealing Resolution No.96-40.
The Boards of Directors of County Sanitation Districts Nos.1,2,3,5,6,7,11,13 and 14
of Orange County,California,
DO HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1 Resolution No.96-40 is hereby repealed.
Section 2

Exhibit “B-7”of Resolution 95-105 is hereby amended to adjust the

Section 3.Exhibit “C”of Resolution 95-105 is hereby amended to adjust the
salary for General Manager as follows:

Section 4 The General Manager’s salary is fixed at $142,830.00 annually
effective March 26,1997.Additionally,the General Manager is granted a merit payment
of $4,140.00 from the Districts’approved Merit Pool Plan,which shall be paid in one lump
sum and which shall not be considered or treated as part of his base salary.
Section 5 An amended Contract of Employment between the Districts and the
General Manager setting forth the terms and conditions of employment is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held March 26,1997.
