A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE BOARDS OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY.
SANITATION DISTRICTS NOS.1,2,3,5,6,7,11,13,AND 14 OF ORANGE
COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,COMMENDING DIRECTOR WALTER K.BOWMAN FOR
HIS OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTIONS AND DEDICATION TO PUBLIC SERVICE
UPON HIS RETIREMENT AS A DIRECTOR OF THE COUNTY SANITATION
DISTRICTS OF ORANGE COUNTY
WHEREAS,DIRECTOR WALTER K.BOWMAN has recently concluded a term as a Director
of the County Sanitation Districts of Orange County;and,
WHEREAS,during his tenure in office,DIRECTOR WALTER K.BOWMAN served at various
times in the following capacities:
•Director for District No.3
•Planning,Design and Construction Committee member
WHEREAS,DIRECTOR WALTER K.BOWMAN has devoted many hours and much energy
to the wastewater management program of the County Sanitation Districts;and,
Has exhibited an active interest in the welfare and training of the employees of the County
Sanitation Districts;and,
Has been a fair,impartial,and pleasant person with whom to work and a good friend of all the
people working with the County Sanitation Districts of Orange County,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED:
That the Directors and staff of the County Sanitation Districts of Orange County do express to
DIRECTOR WALTER K.BOWMAN their sincere appreciation for his outstanding public service to
the citizens of Orange County and his generous,meritorious,and conscientious efforts on behalf of
the County Sanitation Districts and their program of environmental and public health protection,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by unanimous acclamation at regular meeting of said Boards on
the 18th day of December,1996.
