CONFIRMING FEES,PROCEDURES AND POLICIES
CONCERNING ANNEXATIONS OF TERRITORY TO THE
DISTRICT AS ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION
NO.91-115-5 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1993—94
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.5 OF ORANGE
COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,CONFIRMING THAT ACREAGE
ANNEXATION FEES HERETOFORE ESTABLISHED BY
RESOLUTION NO.91-115-5 FOR FISCAL YEARS
1991—92 AND 1992—93 SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT
THROUGH FISCAL YEAR 1993-94

WHEREAS,.pursuant to Resolution No.91-115-5,the Board of
Directors made certain findings and established a schedule of
annexation acreage fees to be paid by the.owners of all
properties seeking to annex property to the District;and,
WHEREAS,Resolution No.91-115-5 provides that beginning
July 1,1991 and annually thereafter the annexation acreage fees
are to be adjusted to reflect the increase in the Engineering
News Record (ENR)construction cost index;and,
WHEREAS,the Board of Directors adopted Resolution
No.92—115—5,confirming said annexation acreage fees for fiscal
year 1992—93;and,
WHEREAS,the Board of Directors has determined that it is
able to maintain the currently established annexation acreage
fees without increase for the forthcoming fiscal year 1993—94
without impairing the financial status of the District.
NOW,THEREFORE,the Board of Directors of County Sanitation
District No.5 of Orange County,California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1 That the annexation acreage fees heretofore
established by Resolution No.91-115—5 effective July 1,1991
through June 30,1992~and confirmed said fees by Resolution
No.92-115—5 effective July 1,1992 through June 30,1993,shall
remain in effect for the period commencing July 1,1993 through
June 30,1994.
Section 2 All other provisions of Resolution No.91-115-5
shall remain in effect without amendment or modification.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held September 8,
1993.
