EDISON COMPANY
A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE BOARDS OF
DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICTS
NOS.1,2,3,5,6,7,11,13 AND 14 OF
ORANGE COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,APPROVING AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF GRANT OF EASEMENT
TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY FOR
RIGHT-OF-WAY TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN SCEC
EQUIPMENT TO ACCOMMODATE THE INTERCONNECTION
OF CENTRAL POWER GENERATION SYSTEM AT
TREATMENT PLANT NO.2,JOB NO.J-19-2

The Boards of Directors of County Sanitation Districts Nos.1,2,3,5,6,
7,11,13 and 14 of Orange County,California,
DO HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1 That the certain Grant of Easement dated November 18,1992,
wherein the County Sanitation Districts of Orange County grant a service
easement to the Southern California Edison Company (SCEC)for right-of-way
required to operate and maintain SCEC’s substation at Plant No.2 to accomodate
the interconnection of Central Power Generation System at Treatment Plant No.2,
Job No.J-19—2,is hereby approved;and,
Section 2 That the real property over which said easement is granted is
more particularly described and shown on Exhibits NA”and “B”,attached hereto
and made a part of this resolution;and,
Section 3 That said easement is granted to Southern California Edison
Company for construction and operation of the substation in order to transform
incoming 66 kV power to 12 kV for usage by the Districts;and,
Section 4 That said easement is granted at no cost to Southern
California Edison Company;and,
Section 5 That the Chairman and Secretary of County Sanitation District
No.1,acting for itself and on behalf of Districts Nos.2,3,5,6,7,11,13
and 14,are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Grant of Easement in
fom approved by the General Counsel.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned regular meeting November 18,1992.

That portion of Parcel No.2 as shown on map filed in Book 97,pages 11 and
2 of Parcel Maps,In the office of the County Recorder of said County designated
as S.C.E.Co.Consumer Substation on the map attached hereto,marked Exhibit B,
and by this reference made a part hereto.
Transmission Line Right of Way:
Those portions of Parcel No.2 as shown on map filed In Book 97,pages 11
and 12 of Parcel Maps and of Section 19 in Township 6 South.Range 10 West,
San Bernardino Meridian,shown on a Record of Survey Map filed In Book 25,page
24 of Records of Surveys,both in the office of the County Recorder of said County,
designated as S.C.E.Co.Transmission Line on the map attached heretO,marked
Exhibit ~B,and by this reference made a part hereto.
Guy Wire and Anchor Strip:
Those portions of Parcel No.2 as shown on map ified In Book 97,pages 11
and 12 of Parcel Maps and of Section 19 in Township 6 South,Range 10 West,
San Bernardino Meridian shown on a Record,of Survey Map filed in Book 25,page
24 of Records of Surveys,both In the office of the County Recorder of said County,
designate~l as S.C.E.Co.Anchor Easements on the map attached hereto,marked
Exhibit B,.and by this reference made a part hereto.
