This being the annual meeting fixed by the Boards at which nominations are to be made for the office of Chairman of the Joint Administrative Organization, the Secretary then declared the nominations open. Director William D. Mahoney was nominated as a candidate for the office of Chairman of the Joint Administrative Organization. It was pointed out that nominations would remain open until the regular July Board meeting. The Secretary then reported that the election would be held , at said July meeting in accordance with the Boards' Rules of Procedures for the Conduct of Business of the Districts. Nominations and election of a Vice Joint Chairman will also be held at the regular July meeting.
