CREATING COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.13
1990 CONSTRUCTION FUND
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION
DISTRICT NO.13 OF ORANGE COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,CREATING A
1990 CONSTRUCTION FUND
WHEREAS,the Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.13 has
heretofore stated its desire and intent to fund future construction in part from
the proceeds of borrowing.
NOW,THEREFORE,the Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.13
of Orange County,California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1 That there is hereby established the 1990 Construction Fund of
•County Sanitation District No.13;and,
Section 2 That said fund shall be used for the 1990 proceeds of borrowing
to be expended only for the acquisition,construction,reconstruction,
maintenance and operation of sewerage facilities and other purposes described in
Section 5474.9 of the California Health and Safety code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held January 9,1991.

the foregoing Resolution No.91—9-13 was passed and adopted at a regular
