OF TERRITORY TO DISTRICT NO. 7 (ANNEXATION
NO. 130 -CHARTIER ANNEXATION)
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 7 OF ORANGE
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING INITIATION
OF PROCEEDINGS AND REQUESTING THE LOCAL
AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION TO TAKE PROCEEDINGS
FOR ANNEXATION TO THE DISTRICT OF TERRITORY
KNOWN AS ANNEXATION NO. 130 -CHARTIER
ANNEXATION TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 7

The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No. 7 of Orange
County, California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1. That proceedings are hereby authorized to be initiated by
District No. 7, and the Local Agency Formation Commission of Orange County is
hereby requested to take proceedings for the annexation of territory designated
as 11 Annexation No. 130 -Chartier Annexation to County Sanitation District
No. 711
, the boundaries of which are more particularly described and delineated
on Exhibits 11 A11 and 11 B11 attached hereto and by reference made a part of this
resolution, according to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth in this
resolution in the manner provided by the Cortese-Knox Local Government
Reorganization Act of 1985; and,
Section 2. That this proposal is made pursuant to the Cortese-Knox Local
Government Reorganization Act of 1985, Division 3, commencing with Section 56000
of the California Government Code; and,
Section 3. That this application is for the purpose of annexing
approximately 3.079 acres of territory to District No. 7 in the vicinity east of
the intersection of Orange Park Boulevard and Meads Avenue in unincorporated
County territory, to provide sanitary sewer service to said territory, which
said service is not now provided by any public agency, as requested by Penny
Chartier, Joseph Tardie and Richard McArthur, owners of said property; and,
Section 4.
Section 5.
That the territory to be annexed is uninhabited; and,
That this proposal is consistent with the adopted sphere of
influence of the affected District; and,
Section 6. That proposed Annexation No. 130 shall be subject to the
condition that all fees required to be paid to the District must be satisfied
prior to completion of the annexation proceedings; and,
Section 7. That the District hereby agrees, pursuant to Section 99.1 of
the Revenue and Taxation Code, to waive its ad valorem property tax allocation
exchange with other affected ~axing agencies.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held September 13, 1989.

211 of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
311 Beginning at an angle point in the existing boundary line of Orange
411 County Sanitation District No. 7 as established by "Annexation No. 55
II 511 Ridgeline/Lazy B to County Sanitation District No. 7, said angle point
611 being the Southerly terminus of that certain course described as
711 "N. 3° 11' 00" W., 640.50 feet" in said annexation; thence Northerly along
811 last said course N. 3° 09' 04" W., 65.37 feet; thence leaving said existing
911 boundary line and following the perimeter of Parcel Map No. 79-147 recorded
