HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1989 - 0062RESOLUTION NO.89-62 ACCEPTING GRANTS OF EASEMENT FROM RANCHO TOMAS, INC.,A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION,FORMERLY APOLLO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION RE CONTRACT NO.14-1-lA A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE BOARDS OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICTS NOS.6,7 AND 14 OF ORANGE COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,APPROVING AND ACCEPTING GRANTS OF EASEMENT FROM RANCHO TOMAS, INC.,A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION,FORMERLY APOLLO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION,A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, IN CONNECTION WITH CONSTRUCTION OF THE BAKER GISLER INTERCEPTOR,FROM FAIRVIEW ROAD TO PLANT NO.1,CONTRACT NO.14-1-lA *****************:** The Boards of Directors of County Sanitation Districts Nos.6,7 and 14 of Orange County,California, DO HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER: Section 1 That the certain Grant of Temporary Construction Easement dated May 23,1989,wherein a temporary easement in the vicinity of the Santa Ana River Channel to the Greenville—Banning Channel northerly of Gisler Avenue, for right of way required in connection with construction of the Baker-Gisler Interceptor,from Fairview Road to Plant No.1,Contract No.14—1—lA,is granted to County Sanitation Districts Nos.6,7 and 14,is hereby accepted from Rancho Tomas Inc.,a California Corporation,formerly Apollo Development Corporation,a California Corporation;and, Section 2 That the certain Grant of Easement dated May 23,1989,wherein a permanent ingress and egress easement,in the vicinity of the Santa Ana River Channel to the Greenville—Banning Channel northerly of Gisler Avenue,for right of way required in connection with construction of the Baker—Gisler Interceptor, from Fairview Road to Plant No.1,Contract No.14—1-lA,is granted to County Sanitation Districts Nos.6,7 and 14,is hereby accepted from Rancho Tomas Inc.,a California Corporation,formerly Apollo Development Corporation,a California Corporation;and, Section 3 That the real property over which said temporary and permanent easements are granted is more particularly described and shown on Exhibits UAH, “B”,“C”and “D”,attached hereto and made a part of this resolution;and, Section 4 That payment in the amount of $37,700.00 plus costs for said temporary and permanent right—of—way Is hereby authorized;and, Section 4 That the Secretary of the Boards of Directors is hereby authorized and directed to record said permanent Grant of Easement in the Official Records of Orange County,California.
