AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 79-20
(CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION)
A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE BOARDS OF DIRECTORS
OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICTS NOS. 1, 2, 3, 5,
6, 7, 11, 13 AND 14 OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION
RESOLUTION NO. 79-20, AS AMENDED, RE MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING FOR THE TECHNICAL SERVICES EMPLOYEE UNIT

The Boards of Directors of County Sanitation Districts Nos.
1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 11, 13 and 14 of Orange County, California,
DO HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 79-20, as amended, is hereby
further amended in accordance with the provision of the Memorandum
of Understanding between The County Sanitation Districts of Orange
County and the Technical Services employee unit.
Section 2. That the Boards of Directors of County Sanitation
Districts .of Orange County hereby authorize the General Manager to
execute and implement the Memorandum of Understanding for the
Technical Services employee unit.
Section 3. That any other resolution or motion or portions
thereof, that conflict herewith, are hereby repealed and made of
no further effect; and,
Section 4. That, unless otherwise provided herein, this
resolution shall become effective November 20, 1987.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held June 8, 1988.
