Home My WebLink AboutResolution 1987 - 0096RESOLUTION NO.87-96-7 ACCEPTING GRANTS OF EASEMENT FROM THE IRVINE COMPANY RE CONTRACT NO.7-10 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7 OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,ACCEPTING TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT GRANTS OF EASEMENT FROM THE IRVINE COMPANY IN CONNECTION WITH CONSTRUCTION OF THE NORTH AIRPORT DIVERSION SEWER,CONTRACT NO.7-10 The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.7 of Orange County,California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER: Section 1:That the certain Grant of Temporary Construction Easement dated October 2,1987 ,wherein a temporary easement automatically terminating on March 1,1988 ,in the vicinity of the intersection of Michelson Drive and MacArthur Boulevard, easterly in Business Center Drive,and thence easterly in private property to the Von Karman Trunk Sewer at the San Diego Freeway, for the construction of the North Airport Diversion Sewer, Contract No.7—10,is granted to County Sanitation District No. 7,at no cost to the District,is hereby accepted from The Irvine Company;and, ction 2:That the certain Grant of Easement dated October 2,1987 ,together with right—of—way required for the North Airport Diversion Sewer,Contract No.7—10,located in the vicinity of the intersection of Michelson Drive and MacArthur Boulevard,easterly in Business Center Drive,and thence easterly in private property,to the Von Karman Trunk Sewer at the San ‘Diego Freeway,is granted to County Sanitation District No.7,at no cost to the District,is hereby accepted from The Irvine 1 Company;and, Section 3:That the real property over which said easements are granted is more particularly described and shown on Exhibits “A”and “B”,attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution; and, Section 4:That the Secretary of the Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.7 is hereby authorized and directed to record said permanent Grant of Easement in the Official Records of Orange County,California. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held July 8,1987. (B52) 2 DESCRIPTION OF PERNANENT AND TEMPORARY EASEMENTS FOR MICHELSON DIVERSION SEWER COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7 OF ORANGE COUNTY Those portions of Parcel 4 of Lot 4 in the city of Irvine,county of Orange,state of California as shown on a map filed in Book 111,page 8 of Parcel Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said county described as follows: Parcel No.1 (Permanent Easement Beginning at the southwesterly terminus of that certain course described as “North 68~27’11”East 136.55 feet”;thence North 68°27’11”East 136.55 feet;thence North 29°15’26”East 143.53 feet;thence South 62°24’45”East 183.55 feet;thence South.29°15’26”West 20.01 feet;thence North 62°24’45”West 163.54 feet;thence South 29°15’26”West 131.22 feet;thence South 68°27’11”West 140.12 feet to a point on the curve of Business Center Drive,concave southwesterly having a radius of 60.00 feet,a radial to said point bears North 68°08’12”East, said point being hereinafter referred to as point “A”;thence northwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 19°29’27”a distance of 20.41 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to covenants,conditions,reservations,restrictions, rights,rights-of-way,and easements,if any.of record. Parcel No.2 (Temporary Easement Beginning at point “A”as described hereinabove,thence North 68°27’11”East 140.12 feet;thence North 29°15’26”East 131.22 feet;thence South 62°24’45”East 163.54 feet;thence XHIT~IT “A” South 29°15’26”West 5.00 feet;thence North 62°24’45”West 143.53 feet;thence South 29°15’26”West 133.93 feet;thence South 68°27’11”West 72.48 feet;thence North 600 44’34”West 7.74 feet;thence South 68°27’11”West 71.45 feet to a point on the curve of Business Center Drive,concave southwesterly having a radius of 60.00 feet,a radial to said point bears North 810 37’16”East;thence northwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 13°29’04”a distance of 14.12 feet to the point of beginning.
