SANITATION DISTRICTS NOS. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 11, 13 AND 14
OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CLASSIFICATION AND
CClvlPENSATION RESOLUTION NO. 79-20, AS AMENDED

The Boards of Directors of County Sanitation Districts Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6,
7, 11, 13 and 14 of Orange County, California,
00 HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1. That Exhibit "B" of Resolution No. 79-20, as amended, is
hereby further amended to adjust salary ranges for position classifications
therein, as set forth in the attached Exhibits "B-2" and "B-6".
Section 2. That any other resolution or motion or portions thereof that
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and made of no further effect; and,
Section 3. That this resolution shall become effective July 3, 1987.
PASSED AND AOOPTED at a regular meeting held June 10, 1987.

requiring the Districts to shut down wastewater treatment facilities if air
emission control equipment is inoperable, as such a permit condition would
jeopardize the Districts' ability to construct and effectively operate its
facilities and maintain water quality standards and canpliance with NPDES ocean
discharge permit requirements set forth by other regulatory agencies.

Classification Salary Range Adjustments pursuant to the Districts' Management
Perforrrance Review Program (MPRP). A certified copy of this resolution is
attached hereto and made a part of these minutes.

That the Director of Finance be, and is
hereby, authorize:i to certify claims and
forward to the Orange County auditor for

incurre:i after June 30, 1987, and that he declare that such certification shall
comply with the provisions of Resolution No. 87-51 pertaining to procedures for
payment of claims against the Districts until the 1987-88 budgets are adopted by
the respective Districts.

That the Board of Directors hereby
adopts Resolution No. 87-53-1, approving
Addendum No. 1 to the Engineering
Services Agreement with RM3 Engineering,
Inc. for design of Santa Ana/Dyer Road Trunk Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation,
Contract No. l-15R, for additional engineering services require:i to modify said
plans to correct a deviation fran the "as-built" drawings determined after the
plans and specifications were canpleted and to add two rranholes to said plans, on
an hourly-rate basis for labor including overhead, direct expenses and fixed
profit, for the additional amount of $1,280.00, increasing the total authorized
compensation fran $13,800.00 to an amount not to exceed $15,080.00. A certified
copy of this resolution is attached hereto and made a part of these minutes.
