ESTABLISHING USE CHARGES FOR 1986—87 FISCAL YEAR
PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO.305
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICT NO.3 OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA,ESTABLISHING USE CHARGES FOR CLASS I,
CLASS II AND CLASS III PERNITTEES FOR THE 1986—87
FISCAL YEAR PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO.305

WHEREAS,the Board of Directors has heretofore adopted Ordinance No.305,
an Ordinance Establishing Regulations for Use of District Sewerage Facilities;
and,
WHEREAS,said Ordinance provides that the Board of Directors shall annually
adopt a charge for use of District facilities by Class I,Class II and Class III
permittees.
NOW,THEREFORE,the Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.3 of
Orange County,California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1 That pursuant to Section 302.6 of Ordinance No.305,the
1986—87 fiscal year charge for use for Class I and Class II permittees is hereby
established as follows:
For Flow:$138.47 per million gallons of flow
For Suspended Solids:$75.41 per thousand pounds of S.S.
For Biochemical Oxygen Demand:$74.80 per thousand pounds of B.O.D.
Section 2 That pursuant to Section 302.6 of Ordinance No.305,the
1986—87 fiscal year charge for use for Class III permittees is hereby established
as follows:
For Flow:$451.66 per million gallons of flow
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held August 13,1986.
