A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARDS OF DIREX’IORS OF COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICTS NOS.13 AND 14 OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA,WAIVING AD VALOREM PROPERTY TAX ALLOCATION
EXCHANGE WITh OTHER AFFEX~’TED TAXING AGENCIES RE ORANGE
COUNTY REORGANIZATION NO.79 -R~RGANIZATION OF COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICTS NOS.13 AND 14

WHEREAS,Assembly Bill No.8 of the California Legislature,1979—80 Regular
Session,provided,in part,for the imp1eir~ntation of Article XIIIA by enacting
Revenue and Taxation C~ie Sections 95 through 100.5,inclusive,and further provided
that prior to the effective date of certain jurisdictional changes,the governing
Ixxlies of all agencies whose service areas or service responsibilities would be
altered by such change shall ir~et to determine the anount of property tax revenues
to be exchanged between and anong such affected agencies;and,
WHEREAS,pursuant to said provisions the District has rr~t and negotiated with
the County of Orange to determine the axiount of property tax revenues to be
exchanged between the District and agencies governed by the County Board of
Supervisors for those areas located outside the jurisdiction of any sanitation
district but within the tributary area;and,
WHEREAS,the Boards of Directors on June 9,1982,approved the negotiated
settlenent with the County of Orange re tax exchanges on annexing properties,as
recannended by the Select Catinittee re Negotiations for Tax Exchanges for New
Annexations (AS 8).
NOW,THEREFORE,the Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.7 of
Orange County,California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1 That in accordance with the terms and conditions of the negotiated
settleirent with the County of Orange concerning tax exchanges on annexing
properties,the District hereby agrees,pursuant to Section 99(h)(1)of the Revenue
and Taxation Code,to waive its ad valorem property tax allocation exchange with
other affected taxing agencies for the follcMing reorganization:

Section 2 That the Secretary of the Board of Directors is hereby authorized
and directed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Local Agency Forrr~t ion
Catiniss ion.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular rr~eting held February 13,1986.
