A. 'Ihe current organizational chart of the County Sanitation Districts of Orange County , Joint Administrative Organization, designated Exhibit "C", and dated July 5, 1985, is attached hereto and made a part of this resolution. /···-.. B. Said Exhibit "C" sets forth the departments and/or divisions of the Joint 1'.dministrative Organization and designates the maximum nunber of authorized personnel for the classifications in each organizational line set forth on sul::::organizational charts and.fran time to time amended by the Boards of Directors. This m .. imber shall determine the maximum nunber of per- sonnel allowable in each classification, except as provided hereafter in Section 7C. C. If in the deterrnination of the General Manager, qualified appli- cants and/or personnel are not available to fill an open position, the General Manager shall have the authority to close said position and open an .~ additional established position in the organiz~tional line that is.assigned a lower salary range until such time that qualified personnel are available. In no event shall this section be construed as to authorize the opening of an additional position that is assigned a higher salary range, unless it is the reopening of a position previously closed pursuant to provisions of this section." Section 3. That any other resolution or rrotion or portions thereof that conflict herewith are hereby repealed and made of no further effect; and, Section 4.
