A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE BOARDS OF DIRECTORS
OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICTS NOS.1,2,3,
5,6,7 AND 11 OF ORANGE COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,
AWARDING CONTRACT FOR SUPPLEMENTAL REPAIR OF
BUSHARD TRUNK,PHASE II,JOB NO.I-2R-2A
The Boards of Directors of County Sanitation Districts Nos.1,2,3,5,6,7
and 11 of Orange County,California,
DO HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1 That the written recommendation this day submitted to the Boards of
Directors by the Districts’Deputy Chief Engineer that award of contract be made to
Thibodo Construction Company,Inc.,for Supplemental Repair of Bushard Trunk,
Phase II,Job No.I—2R—2A,and bid tabulation and proposal submitted for said work
are hereby received and ordered filed;and,
Section 2 That the contract for Supplemental Repair of Bushard Trunk,
Phase II,Job No.I—2R—2A,be awarded to Thibodo Construction Company,Inc.,inthe
total amount of $220,000.00 in accordance with the terms of their bid and the prices
contained therein;and,
Section 3 That the Chairman and Secretary of District No.1,acting for
itself and as agent for Districts Nos.2,3,5,6,7 and 11,are hereby authorized
and directed to enter into and sign a contract with said contractor for said work,
pursuant to the specifications and contract documents therefor,in form approved by
the General Counsel;and,
Section 4 That all other bids for said work are hereby.rejected.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held November 14,1984.
