HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1984 - 0173RESOLUTION NO.84-173 APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR LUBE OIL STORAGE TANK AT FOSTER PUMP STATION,PLANT NO.2,JOB NO.PW-129 A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE BOARDS OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICTS NOS.1,2,3,5,6, 7 AND 11 OF ORANGE COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR LUBE OIL STORAGE TANK AT FOSTER PUMP STATION,PLANT NO.2,JOB NO.PW-129 WHEREAS,Districts’engineers,have completed preparation of the plans and specifications for Lube Oil Storage Tank at Foster Pump Station,Plant No.2,Job No.PW—l29. NOW,THEREFORE,the Boards of Directors of County Sanitation Districts Nos.1, 2,3,5,6,7 and 11 of Orange County,California, DO HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER: Section 1 That pursuant to the Districtst Guidelines Implementing the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970,as amended,the Districts have concurrently undertaken an environmental review of the proposed project and hereby determine that said project is categorically exempt from further CEQA requirements; and, Section 2 That the project for Lube Oil Storage Tank at Foster Pump Station, Plant No.2,Job No.PW—l29,is hereby approved,and that the Secretary be directed to file any documents required by said Guidelines Implementing the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970,as amended;and, Section 3 That the detailed plans,specifications and contract documents this day submitted to the Boards of Directors by Districts’engineers for Lube Oil Storage Tank at Foster Pump Station,Plant No.2,Job No.PW—129,are hereby approved and adopted;and, Section 4 That the Secretary be authorized and directed to advertise for bids for said work pursuant to the provisions of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California;and, Section 5 That the General Manager be authorized to establish the date and time at which said bids will be publicly opened and read;and, Section 6 That the Secretary and the Districts’Deputy Chief Engineer be authorized to open said bids on behalf of the Boards of Directors.
