HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1984 - 0166RESOLUTION NO.84-166-7 MAKING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION RE MICHELSON RELIEF SUBTRUNK AND FORCE MAIN A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITAITON DISTRICT NO.7 OF ORANGE COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,MAKING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION RE MICHELSON RELIEF SUBTRUNK AND FORCE MAIN,P~)VIDING FOR NOTICE THEREOF AND DIRECTING FILING OF A NOTICE OF DETERMINATION The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.7 of Orange County,California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER: Section 1 That the project concerning which this determination is made is described as follows: Construction of a 21—inch gravity relief sewer and 10—inch force main in Michelson Drive between Von Karman and a point just east of Jamboree Boulevard at the Michelson Drive Pump Station,connecting to the Von Karman Trunk Sewer Section 2 That an Initial Study,which said study is attached hereto as Exhibit “A”,of the environmental effects of said project has been undertaken and completed by the District,and the results thereof have been reviewed by this Board;and, Section 3 That,for the reasons set forth in said Exhibit “A”attached hereto,it is hereby found that said project will not have a significant effect on the environment and,therefore,the Board hereby makes a mitigated negative declaration regarding the environmental impacts of said project;and, Section 4 That the Secretary be,and is hereby,authorized and directed to file a certified copy of this resolution and of the aforesaid Initial Study at the Districts’office to be available for public inspection and copying;and, Section 5 That the Secretary be,and is hereby,authorized and directed to file a Notice of Determination in accordance with the Guildines Implementing the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970,as amended.
