Home My WebLink AboutResolution 1984 - 0101RESOLUTION NO.84-101-7 ORDERING ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE DISTRICT (NO.112 -TRACT NO.10947 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7 OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,ORDERING ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE DISTRICT (ANNEXATION NO.112 -TRACT NO.10947 TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7) ***************** The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.7 of Orange County, California, •DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER: Section 1 That application has heretofore been made to County Sanitation District No.7 for annexation of territory to the District by means of a petition filed by the property owner;and, Section 2 That pursuant to Division 1 (District Reorganization Act of 1965) of Title 6 of the Government Code of the State of California,application has heretofore been made to the Local Agency Formation Commission for annexation of said territory to County Sanitation District No.7 by G.T.Construction,Inc.,the owner of said property to be annexed,by means of Resolution No.83—176—7,filed with said Commission by the District;and, Section 3 That the designation assigned by said Commission to the territory proposed to be annexed is “Annexation No.112 —Tract No.10947 to County Sanitation District No.7”,the exterior boundaries of which are described on Exhibit “A~and shown on Exhibit “B”attached hereto~and by reference made a part of this resolution;and, Section 4 That the territory hereinbefore referred to is uninhabited;and, Section 5 That the reason for annexing said territory is to obtain and provide public sanitary sewer service to said territory;and, Section 6 That provision for payment of annexation acreage fees in the amount of $32,602.80 has been satisfied;and, Section 7 That the District hereby agrees,pursuant to Section 99(h)(1)of the Revenue and Taxation Code,to waive its ad valorem property tax allocation exchange with other affected taxing agencies;and Section 8 That,as authorized by resolution of the Local Agency Formation Commission pursuant to Division 1 (District Reorganization Act of 1965)of Title 6 of the Government Code,Section 56261,the territory hereinbefore referred to and described hereinabove,be,and is hereby,ordered annexed to County Sanitation District No.7 without notice or hearing and without election. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held June 13,1984. 4 EXHIBIT AM ANNEXATION NO.112 TRACT NO.10947 TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7 OF ORANGE COUNTY All of Tract No.10947,In the CIty of Grange,County of Orange, Ctate of California as shown on a map recorded in Book 513,Pages 47 and 48 of Miscellaneous Maps,Records of said County,described as foflows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Annexation No.59 to the Orange County sanitation District No.7 being also the southeast corner of said Tract No.10947,thence leaving the boundary of said district North 89°53’40 West,661.39 feet along the southerly line of said Tract No.10347 to the southwest corner thereof,said south west corner being a point in said existing boundary of County Sanitation District No.7 as established by the uExclusion dated January 25,1961 per Resolution No.61—98.thence North 0°02’O9~West, 664.86 feet alcng said boundary and the westerly line of said Tract No.10947 to the northwest corner thereof;thence leaving said boun dary North 89°53’Oa East,660.06 feet along the northerly line of said Tract No.10947 to the northeast corner thereof,thence South 0009bOON East,667.40 feet along the easterly line of said Tract No. 10947 to the Point of Beginning Contains 10.10 acres.
