ORDERING ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE DISTRICT
(NO.108 -MAHONEY ANNEXATION
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7 OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA,ORDERING ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO
THE DISTRICT (ANNEXATION NO.108 -MAHONEY
ANNEXATION TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7)

The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.7 of Orange County,
California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1 That application has heretofore been made to County Sanitation
District No.7 for annexation of territory to the District by means of a petition
filed by the property owner;and,
Section 2 That pursuant to Division 1 (District Reorganization Act of 1965)
~of Title 6 of the Government Code of the State of California,application has
heretofore been made to the Local Agency Formation Commission for annexation of said
territory to County Sanitation District No.7 by Michael R.Mahoney,John B.Lyttle
and Dale P.Paisley,the owners of said property to be annexed,by means of
Resolution No.82—12—7,filed with said Commission by the District;and,
Section 3 That the designation assigned by said Commission to the territory
proposed to be annexed is “Annexation No.108 —Mahoney Annexation to County
Sanitation District No.7”,the exterior boundaries of which are described on
Exhibit “A”and shown on Exhibit “B”attached hereto and by reference made a part of
this resolution;and,
Section 4 That the territory hereinbefore referred to is uninhabited;and,
Section 5 That the reason for annexing said territory is to obtain and
provide public sanitary sewer service to said territory;and,
Section 6 That provision for payment of annexation acreage fees in the
amount of $11,565.78 has been satisfied;~:and,
Section 7 That the District hereby agrees,pursuant to Section 99(h)(1)of
the Revenue and Taxation Code,to waive its ad valorem property tax allocation
exchange with other affected taxing agencies;and
Section 8 That,as authorized by resolution of the Local Agency Formation
Commission pursuant to Division 1 (District Reorganization Act of 1965)of Title 6
of the Government Code,Section 56261,the territory hereinbefore referred to and
described hereinabove,be,and is hereby,ordered annexed to County Sanitation
District No.7 without notice or hearing and without election.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held March 14,1984.

ORANGE COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7
Parcel 1 of a map filed in Book 104,Pages 27 arid 28 of
Parcel Maps in the office of the County Recorder of Orange
County,all of Parcel Map No.80—168 per map filed in Book
167,Pages 39 and 40 of said Parcel Maps and portions of
Foothill Boulevard,La Cuesta Drive and Vista Del Lago
as shown on said maps,all in t1ne unincorporated territory
of said county,more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the westerly terminus of that certain course
described as “North 79°56’09”East,27.82 feet”in the
existing boundary line of Orange County Sanitation District
No.7,as established by “Annexation No.71,a portion of
Tract No.9615,”said course also being in the boundary
line of Parcel 2 as shown on a map filed in Book 81,Pages
35 arid 36 of Records of Survey in the office of said county
recorder;
Thence leaving said existing boundary of County Sanitation
District No.7 and along the boundary of said Parcel 2,
North 3o18’47”West 313.29 feet to the centerline of Foot
hill Boulevard as shown on said record of survey;thence
along said centerline through the following courses:North
78°54’45”East 90.60 feet,South 71°04’45”East 76.06 feet,
South 42°32’45”East 134.85 feet and South 13°18’40”East
105.20 feet to the northwest corner of Parcel 1 as shown on
said Parcel Map filed in Book 104,Pages 27 and 28,said
point also being the true point of beginning;Thence along
the northwesterly line of said Parcel 1 North 62°49’39”
East 213.23 feet to a point labeled “C—9”in the center
line of said La Cuesta Drive as shown on said Parcel Map
No.80—168;thence along said centerline and its northeast—~
erly prolongation North 36°14’39”East 187.02 feet to the
northwesterly corner of said Parcel Map No.80—168;thence
along the northerly,easterly and southeasterly lines of
said Parcel Map No.80—168 through the following courses:
North 83°54’54”East 100.49 feet,North 80015’ll”East
226.63 feet to a tangent curve concave southwesterly having
a radius of 30.00 feet,southeasterly along said curve
through a central angle of 86°22’04”a distance of 45.22
feet,tangent to said curve South 13°22’45”East 22.72
feet to a tangent curve concave westerly having a radius
