Home My WebLink AboutResolution 1983 - 0131I— RESOLUTION NO.83-131-7 ORDERING ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE DISTRICT (NO.93 -MAIN/STREET JAMBOREE ANNEXATION A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7 OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,ORDERING ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE DISTRICT (ANNEXATION NO.93 -MAIN STREET/JAMBOREE ANNEXATION TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7) The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.7 of Orange County, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER: Section 1 That application has heretofore been made to County Sanitation District No.7 for annexation of territory to the District by means of a petition filed by the property owner;and, Section 2 That pursuant to Division 1 (District Reorganization Act of 1965) of Title 6 of the Government Code of the State of California,application has heretofore been made to the Local Agency Formation Commission for annexation of said territory to County Sanitation District No.7 by The Irvine Company,the owner of said property to be annexed,by means of Resolution No.80—40—7,filed with said Commission by the District;and, Section 3 That the designation assigned by said Commission to the territory proposed to be annexed is “Annexation No.93 —Main Street/Jamboree Annexation to County Sanitation District No.7”,the exterior boundaries of which are described on Exhibit “A”and shown on Exhibit “B”attached hereto and by reference made a part of this resolution;and, Section 4 That the territory hereinbefore referred to is uninhabited;and, Section 5 That the reason for annexing said territory is to obtain and provide public sanitary sewer service to said territory;and, Section 6 That provision for payment of annexation acreage fees in the amount of $15,986.79 has been satisfied;and, Section 7 That an Ad Valorem Tax Allocation Exchange Agreement has been negotiated with the Irvine Ranch Water District,pursuant to Section 99(h)(1)of the Revenue and Taxation Code;and, Section 8 That,as authorized by resolution of the Local Agency Formation Commission pursuant to Division 1 (District Reorganization Act of 1965)of Title 6 of the Government Code,Section 56261,upon receipt of approval of the Ad Valorem Tax Allocation Exchange Agreement by Irvine Ranch Water District,the territory hereinbefore referred to and described hereinabove,be,and is hereby,ordered annexed to County Sanitation District No.7 without notice or hearing and without election. - PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held August 10,1983. EXHIBIT “A” ANNEXATION NO.93 -TO ORANGE COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7 All that certain real property situated in the City of Irvine,County of Orange, State of California,described as: Those portions of Blocks 59 and 60 of Irvine’s Subdivision as per map filed in Book 1,page 88 of Miscellaneous Record Maps,records of said County,described as follows: Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Block 60,being also an angle point in the boundary of Orange County Sanit~tion District No.7 as described. in Exclusion No.8 (Peters Canyon Channel -Harvard Avenue)established by Resolution No.69—30—7,dated May 28,1969,of the Board of Directors,said point being also an angle point in the boundary of that certain exclusion from Orange County Sanitation District No.7 established by Resolution No.336-7, dated December 30,1953,of said Board of Directors;thence South 40°37’20” West 57.60 feet along the northwesterly line of said Block 59,being also the boundary of the last mentioned exclusion,to an angle point in the boundary of Annexation No.34/(Michelson Drive -Peters Canyon Channel)to said District established by Resolution No.74-15-7,dated January 29,1974,of said Board of Directors;thence leaving said exclusion boundary along said boundary the following courses:South 66°20’05”East 19.56 feet;South 68°07’39”East 483.14 feet;South 67°14’17”East 619.65 feet to an angle point in said boundary,said point being on the westerly line of Parcel No.F5-302 as described in the deed to the Orange County Flood Control District recorded March 11,1963 in Book 6462,page 165 of Official Records of said County;thence leaving said •boundary North 4°08’25”East 504.16 feet along said westerly line to the most easterly corner of Parcel No.FO8~-l01 as described in the deed to the Orange County Flood Control District recorded June 23,1964 in Book 7100,page 642 of said Official Records;thence leaving said westerly line along the northerly line of said Parcel F08—lOl North 67°14’33”West 52:76 feet to a line that is parallel with and distant 100.00 feet westerly from that certain course in the westerly line of Parcel No.F6-202 described as “South 30 20’03”West 865.54 feet”in the deed to the Orange County Flood Control District recorded October 2,.1963 in Book 6743,page 333 of said Official Records;thence North 4~08’25”‘East 1186.23 feet along said parallel line and the northerly pro longation thereof to the northwesterly line of said Block 60 and the boundary of said Exclusion No.8;thence South 400 59’52”West 1636.45’feet along said northwesterly line and said boundary to the point of beginning.
