Home My WebLink AboutResolution 1983 - 0108RESOLUTION NO.83-108-7 ORDERING ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE DISTRICT (NO.115 -K-P-S ANNEXATION A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7 OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,ORDERING ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE DISTRICT (ANNEXATION NO.115 -K-P-S ANNEXATION TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7) The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.7 of Orange County, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER: Section 1 That application has heretofore been made to County Sanitation District No.7 for annexation of territory to the District by means of a petition filed by the property owner;and, Section 2 That pursuant to Division 1 (District Reorganization Act of 1965) of Title S of the Government Code of the State of California,application has heretofore been made to the Local Agency Formation Commission for annexation of said territory to County Sanitation District No.7 by Kenneth Karistad,Gregory Puckett and Daijit Sarkaria,the owners of said property to be annexed,by means of Resolution No.82—132—7,filed with said Commission by the District;and, Section 3 That the designation assigned by said Commission to the territory proposed to be annexed is “Annexation No.115 —K—P—S Annexation to County Sanitation District No.7”,the exterior boundaries of which are described on Exhibit “A”and shown on Exhibit “B”attached hereto and by reference made a part of this resolution;and, Section 4 That the territory hereinbefore referred to is uninhabited;and, Section 5 That the reason for annexing said territory is to obtain and provide public sanitary sewer service to said territory;and, Section 6 That provision for payment of annexation acreage fees in the amount of $4,419.45 has been satisfied;and, Section 7 That the District hereby agrees,pursuant to Section 99(h)(1)of the Revenue and Taxation Code,to waive its ad valorem property tax allocation exchange with other affected taxing agencies;and Section 8 That,as authorized by resolution of the Local Agency Formation Commission pursuant to Division 1 (District Reorganization Act of 1965)of Title 6 of the Government Code,Section 56261,the territory hereinbefore referred to and described hereinabove,be,and is hereby,ordered annexed to County Sanitation District No.7 without notice or hearing and without election. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held July 13,1983. ( EXHIBIT “A” A N N E X A T I 0 N No.115 TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7 Those portions of Lots 72,75,76 and 77 of Tract No.918,as shown on map filed in Book 28,pages 41 through 43 of Miscellaneous Maps,Records of Orange County, California,described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Annexation No.88 to County Sanitation District No.7,per Board of Directors’Resolution No.80—37—7;thence Southerly and Easterly along the Westerly and Southerly lines of said Annexation No.88 to a point on said Southerly boundary line distant N.73°ll’48”E.,4.00 feet from the Southwest corner of said Annexation No.88;said point also being the Northeast corner of Parcel 3 of a map filed in Book 93,Page 49 of Parcel Maps,Records of Orange County,California;thence departing from said boundar~line and along the Easterly and Southerly boundary lines of said Parcel 3,S.22 15’59”E.,213.10 feet,S.23 3l’02”E.,89.42 feet and S.67 l2’08”W.,212.55 feet to the most Easterly corner of Parcel 3 of a map filed in Book 69,Page 21 of Parcel Maps, Records of Orange County,California;thence,along the boundary lines of said last mentioned Parcel 3,S.34°22’39”W.,156.76 feet,N.55°37’2l”W.,50.00 feet,N.20~25’18”W.6 142.93 feet,N.41°l0’43”W.,175.00 feet,N.37°26’07”E., 150.16 feet and S.65 l4’08”E.,200.94 feet to the Northwest corner of said above first mentioned Parcel 3;thence along the Northerly and Westerly boundary lines of said Parcel 3,N.78 21’55”E.,60.05 feet and 17 11’41”W.,110.04 f~et to the Southwesterly corner of the land conveyed to Kenneth D.Karlstad and wife,by deed recorded April 12,1973 in Book 10640,Page 241 of Official Records of Orange Count~,California;thence along the Westerly boundary line of said land N.~7 l7’40”W.,320.05 feet to a point on the Southerly boundary of Annexation No.31 to the County Sanitation District No.7,per Board of Directors’Resolution No.73—167—7;thence Easterly along said boundary line of Annexation No.31, N.78 11’48”E.,80.00 feet to the point of beginning.
