Home My WebLink AboutResolution 1983 - 0107RESOLUTION NO.83-107-7 ORDERING ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE DISTRICT (NO.99 -SHAPIRO ANNEXATION A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7 OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,ORDERING ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE DISTRICT (ANNEXATION NO.99 -SHAPIRO ANNEXATION TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7) The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.7 of Orange County, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER: Section 1 That application has heretofore been made to County Sanitation District No.7 for annexation of territory to the District by means of a petition filed by the property owner;and, Section 2 That pursuant to Division 1 (District Reorganization Act of 1965) of Title 6 of the Government Code of the State of California,application has heretofore been made to the Local Agency Formation Commission for annexation of said territory to County Sanitation District No.7 by Dr.&Mrs.Marvin Shapiro and Mr.& Mrs.W.L.Tadlock,the owners of said property to be annexed,by means of Resolution No.80—132—7,filed with said Commission by the District;and, Section 3 That the designation assigned by said Commission to the territory proposed to be annexed is “Annexation No.99 —Shapiro Annexation to County Sanitation District No.7”,the exterior boundaries of which are described on Exhibit “A”and shown on Exhibit “B”attached hereto and by reference made a part of this resolution;and, Section 4 That the territory hereinbefore referred to is uninhabited;and, Section 5 That the reason for annexing said territory is to obtain and provide public sanitary sewer service to said territory;and, Section 6 That provision for payment of annexation acreage fees in the amount of $1,812.11 has been satisfied;and, Section 7 That the District hereby agrees,pursuant to Section 99(h)(1)of the Revenue and Taxation Code,to waive its ad valorem property tax allocation exchange with other affected taxing agencies;and Section 8 That,as authorized by resolution of the Local Agency Formation Commission pursuant to Division 1 (District Reorganization Act of 1965)of Title 6 of the Government Code,Section 56261,the territory hereinbefore referred to and described hereinabove,be,and is hereby,ordered annexed to County Sanitation District No.7 without notice or hearing and without election. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held July 13,1983. ‘.~IBtT oEscr.1pr:c:O~’COCT’~&A?ROANNCXATIO~::O.~9 TO COUNTY SANITATION DtSTRICT NUMBER 5EV!:; Those Portions of Lots 28.36 and X of ‘rract No.670 in the County of Orange,State of California,as shown on a mao recorded in Book 20,Pages 40 and 41 of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows: Beginning at an angle point in the existing Orange County Sanitation District Nunber Seven boundary line as established by Parcel 1 of the Ludlow— Armbruster Annexation number eighteen to said District,said angle point being the northeasterly terminus of that certain course described as ~South 38°39’3O~West 251.64 feet”in said annexation;thence,leaving said existing District boundary and along the easterly line of that certain parcel of land described in the deed recorded in Book 4669,page 371 of Official Records in the Office of th~County Recorder of said Orange C3unty,South 5°45’50”East 143.91 feet to the northerly line of that certain parcel of land described in the deed recorded in Book 9980,Page 330 of said Official Records;thence along said northerly line South 69°42’lO”East 143.74 feet to a point in the centerline of Lot X of said Tract No.670 distant thereon North 20°17’SO”East 26.00 feet from the angle point in said centerline shown on said Tract Map as Station A—12;thence along said centerline the following described courses: South 20°17’SO”West 26.00 feet,South 17°34’40”West 156.00 feet and South 21°49’20°Nest 126.94 feet to the easterly prolongation of the southerly line of said parcel of land described in said deed recorded in Book 9980, Page 330;thence along the said prolongation and southerly and westerly lines of last said parcel the following described courses:North 67059b00~West 43.53 feet and North llo35~10..East 139.00 feet to an angle point in the existing boundary of said Orange County Sanitation District Number Seven as established by the La Vereda Annexation (No.61)to said District,said angle point being the southerly terrnir.us of that certain course in the houndary of said annexation described as “South 5054 17’lost 56.91 feet;”thence northerly and westeriy.alon~said existing District boundary as established by said La Vereda ~nnexation to or’.angle point in the west hr’s of Lot X,-~0.00 fee’in width.Said angle point being the northwesterly corner of said La Vereda Annexation to said District,said point also being on the boundary of said District as described in exclusion resolution No.60—135;thence North 5°47’OO” West 91.44 feet to an angle point in the existing boundary of said District as established by said Ludlow—Arnbruster Annexation,said angle point being the westerly terminus of that certain course in the boundary of said annexation described as “South 74°04’30”West 21.51 feet;’thence easterly and northeasterly along said existing District boundary as established by last said annexation along the southerly line of said Parcel 1 to the point of beginning.
