ORDERING ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE DISTRICT
(NO.43 -FORRESTER ANNEXATION
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICT NO.2 OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA,ORDERING ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO
THE DISTRICT (ANNEXATION NO.43 -FORRESTER
ANNEXATION TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.2)

The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.2 of Orange County,
California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1 That application has heretofore been made to County Sanitation
District No.7 for annexation of territory to the District by means of a petition
filed by the property owner;and,
Section 2 That pursuant to Division 1 (District Reorganization Act of 1965)
of Title 6 of the Government Code of the State of California,application has
heretofore been made to the Local Agency Formation Commission for annexation of said
territory to County Sanitation District No.2 by Mr.&Mrs.Robert 3.Forrester,
owners of said property to be annexed,by means of Resolution No.80—143—2,filed
with said Commission by the District;and,
Section 3 That the designation assigned by said Commission to the territory
proposed to be annexed is “Annexation No.43 —Forrester Annexation to County
Sanitation District No.2”,the exterior boundaries of which are described on
Exhibit “A”and shown on Exhibit “B”attached hereto and by reference made a part of
this resolution;and,
Section 4 That the territory hereinbefore referred to is uninhabited;and,
Section 5 That the reason for annexing said territory is to obtain and
provide public sanitary sewer service to said territory;and,
Section 6 That provision for payment of annexation acreage fees in the
amount of $762.96 has been satisfied;and,
Section 7 That the District hereby agrees,pursuant to Section 99(h)(1)of
the Revenue and Taxation Code,to waive its ad valorem property tax allocation
exchange with other affected taxing agencies;and
Section 8 That,as authorized by resolution of the Local Agency Formation
Commission pursuant to Division 1 (District Reorganization Act of 1965)of Title 6
of the Government Code,Section 56261,the territory hereinbefore referred to and
described hereinabove,be,and is hereby,ordered annexed to County Sanitation
District No.2 without notice or hearing and without election.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held May 11,1983.

That portion of section 6,Township 4 South,Range 8 West,San Bernardino
Meridian,as sho.-r.on a ~ap filed in Eook 92,Pages 35 and 36 of Parcel Maps,
recorded in the Office of County Recorder of Orange County,located in the
City of Anaheim,County of Orange,State of Califo~ia,desc~ibed as follows:
Beginning at a point on the existing boundary line of County Sanitation
District No.2,said point being S54°33’OO~W 27.61 feet from the Easterly
corner of “Annexation No.33,Guy Annexation”to said district,said point
also being on the centerline of Country Hill Road and the most Northerly
corner of Parcel 3 as shown on ~map filed in Book 92,Pages 35 and 36 of
Parcel Maps recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County;
thence leaving said existing boundary line and said centerline,along the
boundary line of said Parcel 3 through the following courses;South 73~33’OO”
East 70.20 feet;thence South 58°17’OO”East 72.19 feet;thence South
27°05’OO”East 111.53 feet,thence South 67°5l’07”West 106.77 feet;thenc.e
North 35°22’OO”West 207.62 feet to the existing boundary line of said
district per said annexation and a point on said centerline of Country
Hill Road as shown on said Parcel Map;thence along said existing boundary
