AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FROM BEECO,
LTD •AND APPROVING PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT RE
PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN TREATMENT PLANT NO.2 SITE
A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE BOARDS OF DIRECTORS OF
COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICTS NOS.1,2,3,5,6,
7 AND 11 OF ORANGE COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,AUTHORIZING
ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FROM BEECO,LTD.,APPROVING
PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT RE PROPERTY LOCATED
WITHIN TREATMENT PLANT NO.2 SITE,AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO.81-35
WHEREAS,in the course of preparing a record survey to consolidate the
records of all Treatment Plant No.2 property acquisitions,it has been
determined that the Districts do not have title to a 2,251.43 square foot parcel
of land within the Treatment Plant No.2 site,which said parcel is presently
owned by Beeco,Ltd.;and,
WHEREAS,it is desirable that the Districts acquire said parcel in order to
obtain unencumbered title to all said parcels within said Treatment Plant No.2
site to enable construction and operation of master planned sewerage facilities.
NOW,THEREFORE,the Boards of Directors of County Sanitation Districts
Nos.1,2,3,5,6,7 and 11 of Orange County,California,
DO HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1 That the certain Grant Deed dated OCtob~27,1981 wherein
real property situated in the County of Orange,State of California,within the
Treatment Plant No.2 site,is granted to the County Sanitation Districts of
Orange County,is hereby accepted from Beeco,Ltd.;and,
Section 2 That the real property over which said Grant Deed is granted is
more particularly described and shown on Exhibits “A~and “B”,attached hereto
and made a part of this resolution;and,
Section 3 That said Grant Deed is granted in connection with purchase of
a 2,251.43 square foot parcel of property located within the Districts’
Treatment Plant No.2 site;and,
Section 4 That payment in the amount of $9,000.00 for said Grant Deed is
hereby authorized pursuant to the terms of the Purchase and Sale Agreement dated
October 27,1981,with Beeco,Ltd.,which said agreement is hereby approved;
and,
Section 5 That the Chairman and Secretary of County Sanitation District
No.1 are hereby authorized~and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of
itself and as agent for Districts Nos.2,3,5,6,7 and 11,in form approved by
the General Counsel;and,
Section 6 That the Secretary of the Board of Directors be authorized and
directed to record said Grant Deed in the Official Records of Orange County,
California;and,
Section 7 That Resolution No.81—35 is hereby rescinded and made of no
further effect.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held November 11,1981.

DESCRIPTION
All that certain land situated in the State of California,
County of Orange,City of Huntington Beach,described as
follows:
That portion of Lot B of the Banning Tract,as shown on a Map
filed in the Case of Hancock Banning and others vs.Mary H.
Banning for partition,being Case No.6385 upon the Register
of Actions of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County,
California,described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of said Lot B;thence
Southerly along the Westerly boundary of said Lot B South 01°
45’00”West 462.00 feet to Rancho Las Bolsas,Station 75
and South 34°15’00”West 462.95 feet to Rancho Las Bolsas
Station 74,being the True Point of Beginning;thence continuing
along said Westerly boundary South 06°15’00”East to the
Westerly line of the strip of land described in deed to the
City of Santa Ana recorded April 14,1934 in Book 670,page
147 of Official Records of Orange County,California;thence
Northerly along said Westerly line to the intersection with
that certain course hereinabove cited as “South 34°15’00”
West 4:62.95 feet”;thence along said certain course South 34°
15’00”West to the True Point of Beginning.
Excepting and reserving therefrom one hundred
percent (100%)of all rights to oil,gas,and
other hydrocarbon and mineral substances lying
under or that may be produced from the above—
described land,together with one hundred per cent
(100%)of all rights to the proceeds therefrom and
one hundred per cent (100%)of all rents,bonuses,
and profits accruing therefrom;provided,however,
that Grantor waives and relinquishes the right to
use or occupy or to enter upon any portion of the
surface and 500 feet below the surface,measured
vertically from the surface of said land,for the
purpose of drilling for,capturing,producing,
extracting,storing,treating,or otherwise handling
or uti1iz~g such oil,gas,or other hydrocarbon,or
mineral substances,or for the purpose of exercising
Grantor’s rights thereto.
Subject to any covenants,conditions,restrictions,
liens,and encumbrances of record.
