RESOLUTION NO. 81-108-2 AUTHORIZING INITIATION OF PROCEEDINGS RE ANNEXATION NO. 28R -ANAHEIM HILLS ANNEXATION NO. 7 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 2 OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE INITIATION OF PROCEEDINGS TO AN~JEX TERRITORY TO THE DISTRICT (ANNEXATION NO. 28R - ANAHEIM HILLS ANNEXATION NO. 7 TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 2 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No. 2 of Orange County, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER: That an application for annexation of territory to itself be made to the Local Agency Formation Commission as follows: Section 1. That this proposal is made pursuant to Division 1 (District Reorganization Act of 1965) of Title 6 of the Government Code of the State of California; and, Section 2o That this application is for the purpose of annexing approxi- mately 253.002 acres of territory in the Anaheim Hills area, to provide sanitary sewer service to said territory, which said service is not now provided by any public agency, as requested by Anaheim Hills, Inc., owner-of said property; and, Section 3. That the territory to be annexed is uninhabited; and, Section 4. That the designation assigned to the territory proposed to. be annexed is "ANNEXATION NO. 28R -ANAHEIM HILLS ANNEXATION NO. 7 TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 2", the boundaries of which are more particularly described and delineated on Exhibits "A" and "B", attached hereto and by reference made a part of this resolution; and, Section So That provisions for all fees required to be paid as a condition of the annexation must be satisfied prior to completion of annexation proceedings; and, Section Q. That prior to the completion of annexation proceedings, an agree- ment be negotiated between affected agencies to provide for an exchange of property tax revenues to County Sanitation District No. 2 for said services; and, Section 7. That request is hereby made that such proceedings as required by law be taken to complete this annexation. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held July 8, 1981. ... EXHIBIT "A" PROPOSED ANNEXATION NO. 28 R TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 2 (ANAHEIM HILLS ANNEXATION NO. 7) That portion of projected Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 9 West in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana partly in the City of Anaheim and partly in the unincorporated territory of the County of Orange, State of California described as follows: Beginning at an angle point in the boundary of County Sanitation District No. 2, said angle point being the Southwesterly terminus of that certain course in the existing County Sanitation District No. 2 boundary described in Parcel No. 1 of the Anaheim Hills Annexation No. 2 to said County Sani- tation District as having a bearing of North 70° 56' 53" East and a length of 1072. 22 feet; thence along the boundary of said County Sanitation District No. 2 Northeasterly, Easterly and Southeasterly as established by Parcel 1, Anaheim Hills Annexation No. 2, Nohl Ran.ch Annexation No. 3, Anaheim Hills Annexation No. 1 to an angle point in said boundary at the Southeasterly terminus of that certain course therein having a bearing of South 56° 08' 43" East and length of 529. 83 feet, thence continuing along last said boundary North 10° 37' 17" East, 380. 03 feet; thence leaving said boundary North 82° 59' 25" East, 361. 46 feet: thence South 25° 04' 18" East, 377. 58 feet; thence South 50° 29' 25" East, 291. 34 feet. to· a: course in said existing County Sanitation District No. 2 boundary described in said Anaheim Hills Annexa- tion No. 1 as having a bearing of South 9° 50' 00" East and a length of 1365. 00 feet: thence along last said boundary and the existing boundary of said District No. 2 as established by Anaheim Hills Annexation No. 4 and Parcel No. 2 of Anaheim Hills Annexation No. 2 to the Southerly terminus of that certain course therein having a bearing of South 15° 30' 00" East and length of 451. 00 feet; thence leaving s8id District boundary South 56° 30' 00" East, 240. 00 feet: thence South 67° 03' 00" West, 597. 00 feet; thence North 80° 07' 38" West, 546. 86 feet to a point in the boundary line of the City of Anaheim as described in Anaheim Hills Annexation No. 22 to the City of Anaheim; thence a:long said boundary line South 67° 55' 00" West, 250. 00 feet to an angle point therein;. thence leaving said boundary line South 50° 41' 00" West, 879. 00 feet: thence South 86° 21' 04" West, 280.
