ESTABLISHING USE CHARGES FOR 1979-80 FISCAL YEAR
PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO.204
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICT NO.2 OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA,ESTABLISHING USE CHARGES FOR CLASS I
AND CLASS II PERMITTEES FOR THE 1979-80 FISCAL
YEAR PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO.204

WHEREAS,this Board of Directors has heretofore adopted Ordinance No.204
an Ordinance Establishing Regulations for Use Of District Sewerage Facilities;and,
WHEREAS,said Ordinance provides that the Board of Directors shall annually
adopt a charge for use of District facilities by Class I and Class II perinittees.
NOW,THEREFORE,the Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.2
of Orange County,California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1 That pursuant to Section 302.6 of Ordinance No.204
,
the
1979-80 fiscal year.charge for use.for Class I permittees is .hereby established.
as follows:
For Flow:$_181.00 per million gallons of flow
For Suspended Solids:$22.50 per thousand pounds of S.S.
For Biochemical Oxygen Demand:$__12.30 per thousand pounds of B.O.D.
Section 2 That pursuant to Section 302.6 of Ordinance No.204

as follows:
For Flow:

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held October 10,1979.

WHEREAS,said Ordinance provides that the Board of Directors shall annually

For Suspended Solids:$23.00 per thousand pounds of S.S.
For Biochemical Oxygen Demand:$12.35 per thousand pounds of B.O.D.
Section 2 That pursuant to Section 302.6 of Ordinance No.305
