PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held September 13,1978 SR 3 c C EXHIBIT “A” PROPOSED ANNEXATION NO.32 TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.2 (ANAHEIM HILLS ANNEXATION NO.8) That portion of projected Section 6 in Township 4 South,Range 8 West,in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana,in the City of Anaheim,County of Orange, State of California,being that portion of the land described in the deed to Anaheim Hills,Inc.,a California corporation recorded in Book 9738,Page 562,et seq.of Official Records,records of said County described as follows: Beginning at the Northeasterly terminus of that certain course in the existing County Sanitation District No.2 boundary as described in Parcel 1 of Anaheim Hills Annexation No.6 to said County Sanitation District No.2 as having a bearing of North 590 33~37”East and a length of 108.90 feet;thence along said existing boundary South 59°33’37”West,108.90 feet and South 31°27’27” West,.47.93 feet to a point in theexisting boundary line of said County Sani tation District No.2 as described in Parcel 4 of Anaheim Hills Annexation No. 2 to said County Sanitation District No.2 in Resolution No.75-70-2,dated May 14,1975 of the Board of Directors of said County Sanitation District No. 2,a copy of which is recorded in Book 11426,Page 299 of said Official Re cords,said point being on a non-tangent curve concave Easterly having a radius of 200.00 feet and to which point a radial line of said curve bears South 49°47’03”West;thence along said e~xisting boundary and said curve Northerly through a central angle of 59°00’57”an arc distance of 206.01 feet;thence tangent North 18°48’00”East,103.70 feet;thence South 71°12’00”East, 90.00 feet and North 38°02’00”East,19.05 feet;thence leaving said existing boundary South 8°55’50”East,182.08 feet to the Northeast•erly prolongation of that said certain course described herein as having a bearing of North 59°33’37”East;thence along said prolongation South 59°33’37”West,3.61 feet to the Point of Beginning.
