DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:
That an application for annexation of territory to itself be ma~ie to the
Local Agency Formation Commission as follows:

Section 1 That this proposal i~made pursuant to Division 1..(Dis~trict
Reorganization Act o~E 1965)of Title 6 of the Governm~nt Code of the State of
California;and,.

reference made a part of this resolution;and,
Section 5 That provisions for all fees required to be paid as .a condition of
the annexation must be satisfied prior to completion of annexation proceedings;and,
Section 6 That request is hereby made that such proceedings as.required by

law be taken to complete this annexation.

SANITATION DISTRICT NUMBER 2
DESCRIPTION
All that certain land situated in the State of Ca1ifornia,~County
of Orange,City of Anaheim,described as follows:
PARCEL 1:
That portion of Section 6,Township 4 South,Range8 West,S.B.M.,
in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana,described as follows:
Parcel 1,as shown on Map flied in book 67,page 31 of Parcel Maps
in the office of theCounty~Recorder.of Orange..Count-y-,--California.
PARCEL 2:
A non-exclusive easement for road purposes over that portion of
Section 6,Township 4.South,Range 8~Wést,S..B.M..,in the Rancho
Santiago •de Santa Ana,.being a strip of land,20.00 feet in width,
lying 5.00 feet Northeasterly and 15.00 feet Southwesterly of a
line described as beginning at’~the most Easterly corner of the
land described in Parcel 1 of the.deed to Stanley Hall Stone,Jr.
and wife,recorded June 13,1.61 in book 5751,page 725 of Official
Records of Orange County;thence along the Northeasterly boundary
of said land of Stone the following courses and distances:
North 27°05’West 211.53 feet;North 58°17’West 72.19 feet;and
North 73°33’West 70.20 feet to the most Northerly corner of said
land of Stone.
The side lines of said 20.00—foot strip of land shall be shortened
or lengthened so as to terminate in property lines.
Containing 0.607 Acres.
