APPROVING FILTER PRESS LEASE/PURCHASE AGREEMENT
A RESOLUTION OF TI-IE BOARDS OF DIRECTORS OF
COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICTS NOS.1,2,3,5,6,
7 AND 11 OF ORANGE COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,APPROVING
FILTER PRESS LEASE/PURCI-EASE AGREEMENT WITH
ENVIROTECH CORPORATION FOR RE-EVALUATION OF
SOLIDS DEWATERING FILTER PRESS

The Boards of Directors of County Sanitation Districts Nos.1,2,3,5,6,
7 and 11,of Orange County,California,
DO HEREBY DETERMINE,RESOLVE AND ORDER:
Section 1 That the certain Leasd/Pui’chase Agreement dated ~ptember 15,1978
by and between County Sanitation District No.1 and Envirotech Corporation re evalu
ation of solids dewatering filter press for solids handling facilities at Reclamation
Plant No.1,be,and is hereby,approved and adopted.
Section 2 That paymenf for lease of said filter press is hereby authorized
at $1500 per month plus tax and freight for a maximum amount not to exceed
$10,000..
Section 3 That exercise of a purchase option for said filter press be
subject to the prior approval of these Boards of Directors.
Section 4 That the Chairman and Secretary of District No.1,acting for
itself and on behalf of Districts Nos.2,3,5,6,7 and 11,be and are hereby
authorized to execute said agreement in form approved by the General Counsel.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held July 12,1978.
