Section 2 That,pursuant to Division 1 (District Reorganization Act of 1965)of Title 6 of the Government Code of the State of California,application has heretofore been made to the Local Agency Formation Commission for annexation Sanitation District No.7by means of Resolution __________ said Commission by the District;and, _________ designation assigned by said Commission to the territory “ANNEXATION NO.63 -BABCOCK ANNEXATION TO COUNTY , the exterior boundaries of which are described on Exhibit “A”and shown on Exhibit “B”attached hereto and by reference :made a part of this resolution;and, Section 4 That the territory hereinbefore referred to is uninhabited (inhabited)(uninhabited) and, Section 5 That the reason for annexing said territory is to obtain and provide public sanitary sewer service to said territory;and, SR 3 Section 6 That provision for payment of annexation fees in the amount of $576.60 has been satisfied;and, Section 7 That,as authorized by resolution of the Local Agency Formation Commission pursuant to Division 1 (District Reorganization Act of 1965)of Title 6 of the Government Code,Section 56261,the territory hereinbefore referred to and described hereinabove,be and it is hereby ordered annexed to County Sanitation District No.7 without notice or hearing and without election.• PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held September 14,1977 SR 3 1 RESOLUTION OF THE LOCAL AGENCY FORIt4TION COMMISSION 2 OF ORANGE COUNTY,CALIFORNIA 3 August 24,1977 4 On motion of Comissioner Riley.duly seconded and carried,the following 5 resolution was adopted: 6 WHEREAS,a resolution of the Board of Directors of COUNTY SANITATION 7 DISTRICT NO.7 of Orange County,California,making application for annexation of 8 certain territory to said District was filed with this Comisslon;and 9 WHEREAS,said resolution was accompanied by proof satisfactory to this 10 Conmission that all of the owners of land within the territory proposed to be annexed 11 have given their signed consent to such annexation and determination. 12 HOW,THEREFORE,IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that this Coninission finds the 13 territory proposed to be annexed to be uninhabited and assigns to said territory the 14 following distinctive short form designation: 15 16 ANNEXATION NO.63 (MICHAEL F.BABCOCK)TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7 17 18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the boundaries of the territory proposed to be 19 included in and annexed to COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7 are more specifically 20 described in that certain legal description attached hereto and by this reference made 21 a part hereof;and 22 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Coimnisston certifies it has reviewed and 23 considered the Negative Declaration on said project issued by the Executive Officer ~pursuant to the California Environme~ta1 Quality Act of 1970;and 25 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Negative Declaration is hereby adopted;and 26 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said annexation is hereby approved;and 27 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7 Is designated as the conducting district and Is hereby directed to initiate proceedings In compliance 29 wIth this resolution;and 30 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Dtrectors of said conducting 31 district is authorized to annex said territory without notice or hearing and without 32 an election pursuant to Section 56261 of the Government Code.
