Home My WebLink AboutResolution 1977 - 0112p RESOLUTION NO.77-112-2 AUThORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF CORPORATION GRANT DEED FROM SAVI DEVELOPMENT CO.,INC.RE CONTRACT NO.2-14-5 A RESOLUTION OF ThE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.2 OF ORANGE COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF CORPORATION GRANT DEED FROM SAVI DEVELOP MENT CO.,INC.IN CONNECTION WITH CONTRACT NO.2-14-5 **.************ The Board.of Directors of County Sanitation District No.2 of Orange County,California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER: Section 1 That certain Corporation Grant Deed dated August 3,1977,wherein property in the vicinity of the Green River Golf Course for sanitary sewer purposes is granted to County Sanitation District No.2,is hereby accepted from SAVI DEVELOPMENT CO.,INC.;and, Section 2 That the real property over which said easement is granted is more particularly described and shown on Exhibits ItAft and”B”,attached hereto and made a part of this resolution;and, Section 3 That said grant deed is granted in connection with construction of the Santa AnaRiver Interceptor Sewer,Reaches 6,7 ~8,Contract No.2-14-5; and, Section 4 That payment for said Corporation Grant Deed is hereby authorized pursuant to the terms of the Agreement re Purchase and Sale of Under ground Easements and Right-of-Way,dated October 6,1977,with SAVI Development Co.,Inc.,Santa Ma Valley Irrigation Company and Bicklyn,Inc.;and, Section 5 That the Secretary of the Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.2 be authorized and directed to record said Corporation Grant Deed in the Official Records of Orange County,California. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held August 10,1977.
