Home My WebLink AboutResolution 1977 - 0090b L~L~’f-~~i)~~~L~~I~L~jj~J.~~~~ RESOLUTION NO.77-90-2 AUTHORIZING INITIATION OF PROCEEDINGS -ANNEXATION NO.23 -Anaheim Fulls Annexation No.6 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.2 , OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,AUTHORIZING THE INITIATION OF PROCEEDINGS TO ANNEX TERRITORY TO THE DISTRICT (ANNEXATION NO.23 -Anaheim Hills Annexation No.6 The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.2,of Orange County,California,- DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER: That ai~application for annexation of territory to itself be made to the Local Agency Formation Commission as follows: Section 1 That this proposal is made pursuant to Division 1 (District Reorganization Act of 1965)of Title 6 of the Government Code of the State of California;and, Section 2 That this application is for the purpose of annexing approximately 1.838 acres in the ~X~X__Anaheim Hills Area to provide sanitary sewer service to said territory as requested by Anaheim Hills, Inc. ,owner(s)of said property;and, Section 3 That the territory to be annexed is Uniflhabited ;and, (inhabited)(uninhabited) Section 4 That the designation assigned to the territory proposed to be annexed is “Annexation No.23 -Anaheim Hills Annexation No.6 to County Sanitation District No.2” , the boundaries of which are more particularly described and delineated on Exhibit “A”and Exhibit “B”,attached hereto and by reference made apart of this resolution;and, Section 5 That provisions for all fees required to be paid as a condition of the annexation must be satisfied prior to completion of annexation proceedings;and, Section 6 That request is hereby made that such proceedings as required by law be taken to complete this annexation. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regi.ilar meeting held July 13,1977 SR 2 EXHIBIT “A” PROPOSED ANNEXATION NO.23 TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.2 (ANAHEIM HILLS ANNEXATION NO.6) That portion of projected Section 7 in Township 4 South,Range 8 West,in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana,in the City of Anaheim ,County of Orange, State of California,being that portion of the land described in the deed to Anaheim Hills,Inc.,a California corporation recorded in Book 9738,Page 562,et seq.otOfficial Records,records of said County in parcels as follows: Parcel 1 Beginning at the Southerly terminus of that certain course in the existing County Sanitation District No.2 boundary as described in Parcel 4 of Anaheim Hills Annexation No.2 to said County Sanitation District No 2 in Resolution No.75-70-2,dated May 14,1975,of the Board of Supervisors of said County, a copy of which is recorded in Book 11426,Page 299 of said Official ~Records as having a bearing of South and a length of 220.00 feet;thence along said existing boundary of District No.•2 the following courses:South 66°14’00” West,340.50 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Northwesterly having a radius of 200.00 feet;thence Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 47°24’00”an arc distance of 165 .46 feet to a non-tangent curve con cave Northeasterly having a radius of 225.00 feet and to which point a radial line of said 225.00 foot radius curve bears South 25°55’00”West;thence North westerly along said curve through a central angle 26°15’00”an.arc distance of 103.08 feet to a non-tangent curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of 200.00 feet and to which point a radial line of said 200.00 foot radius curve bears South 49°42’00”West;thence Northwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 0°05’03”,an arc distance of 0.29 feet;thence leaving said existing boundary of District No.2,North 31°27’27”East,47.93 feet; thence North 59°33’.37”East,108.90 feet to a non—tangent curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of 60.00 feet and to which point a radial line of said curve bears South.63°58’04”West;thence Southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 75°27’54”an arc distance of 79.03 feet; thence tangent North78°30’10”East,56.92 feet;thence North 87°33’37” East,160.00 feet;thence North 40°52’00”East,231.62 feet to said existing boundary of District No.2;thence along said existing boundary of District No.2,South,184.09 feet to the point of beginning..
