The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No..7,of Orange
County,California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:
That an application for annexation of territory to itself be made to the
Local Agency Formation Commission as follows:
Section 1 That this proposal is made pursuant to Division 1 (District
Reorganization Act of 1965)of Title 6 of the Government Code of the State of
California;and,
Section 2 That this application is for the purpose of annexing approximately
easterly of Santiago Boulevard and
.60 acres in the vicinity ~f northerly of Chapman Avenue
to provide sanitary sewer service to said territory as requested by Southwest
Pacific Corporation ‘,owner(s)of said property;and,
Section 3 That the territory to be annexed is uninhabited and,
(inhabited)(uninhabited)
Section 4 That the designation assigned to the territory proposed to be
annexed is “ANNEXATION NO.63 -BABCOCK ANNEXATION TO.COUNTY SANITATION
DISTRICT NO.7”

the boundaries of which are more particularly
described and delineated on Exhibit “A”and Exhibit “B”,attached hereto and by
reference made a part of this resolution;and,
Section 5 That provisions for all fees required to’be .paid as a condition of
the annexation must be satisfied prior to completion.of annexation proceedings;and,
Section 6 That request is hereby made that such proceedings as required by
law be taken to complete this annexation.

All that certain land situated in the unincorporated territory
•of the County of Orange,State of California,more particularly
•
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the existing boundary line of Orange
•County Sanitation District No.7 as established by an “Exclusion”
adopted by the Orange County Board of Supervisors per Resolution
No.61—98 dated January 25,1961,said point being the Southerly
terminus of that certain curve in the center line of Santiago Boulevard
described in course numbers 11 and 12 in said Resolution No.61—98
as having a “radius of 350.00 feet,a central angle of 32°39’50”
and an arc length of 199.53 feet”;
Thence tangent to said curve and along said existing boundary
line and said center line S.330 08’48”,W.,21.25 feet to the
Westerly prolongation of the Southerly line of the land described in
a deed recorded in Book 1197,Page 370 of Official Records of said
ounty of Orange;
Thence leaving said existing boundary line,along said Westerly
prolongation S.89°00’15”E.,518.75 feet to the Southwest corner
of said land and the True Point of Beginning;
Thence along the boundary line of said land as described in
Parcels 1 and 2 of said deed through the following courses:

N.0°30’08”E.,168.20 feet,S.89°00’15”E.,155.33 feet,
S.00 30’08”W.,,168.20 feet and N.89°00’15”W.,155.33 feet
to the True Point of Beginning.
